Difference: AnnualTodoList (r2 vs. r1)

Each item on the annual todo list must be completed 30 days before it is due.

1. Pay the annual state corporation fees.
2. Deliver the annual report to the Secretary of State when due.
3. Make sure we always have a registered agent and registered office in this state.
4. Notify the Secretary of State anytime the registered agent or registered office has been changed, or that the registered agent has resigned, or that the registered office has been discontinued.
