Each item on the annual todo list must be completed 30 days before it is due.
   1 Pay the annual state corporation fees.
   1 Deliver the annual report to the Secretary of State when due.
   1 Make sure we always have a registered agent and registered office in this state.
   1 Notify the Secretary of State anytime the registered agent or registered office has been changed, or that the registered agent has resigned, or that the registered office has been discontinued.
