A(nother) Place To Call Home?

Options are good and we aim to deliver so me, Rick & Clif have been scouring Eugene for further locations. We thought we'd share & ask for feedback. This location is 30 minutes bus ride from the University of Oregon campus & is ready 1st May.
The thing is, we have 2 options for this location. Option A is twice the monthly price of Option B (although for the initial 4 months Option A would be 25% more expensive, climbing to 100% at the 6 month mark.).

They both look like great spots. Just from what I can see, I’d go with the cheaper option to provide more financial flexibility for the venture.

We emailed you a bit ago about having a CMKT 4 EconoMIC Contact Microphone Building Class at Eugene Makers. I see you are in the process of relocating, we hope you are having luck with that. I see you have a tentative move-in day of May 1, we hope everything is still on track, and we’d love to be among your inaugural events at the new space. Our workshops don’t require a lot of tools or space, we supply the necessities, and we’ll have everything on hand for a performance as well.
